Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to be as fair and helpful as possible. Our refund policy is designed to cover costs we commit to on your behalf while allowing for flexibility where we can.

Cancellations & Refunds

Full refund if you cancel 30 days or more before camp (excluding any non-refundable deposit and transaction fees, if applicable).

50% refund if you cancel 14-30 days before camp.

No refund if you cancel within 14 days of camp starting — unless due to exceptional circumstances (see below).

Exceptional Circumstances
If you have to cancel due to serious illness, family emergency, or other significant reasons, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review these on a case-by-case basis and do our best to help.
