Visiting For The First Time?
Welcome!
We always love to have new people join us at The River Pakuranga! If it’s your first time, or you’ve just started coming along, you’re warmly invited to join us at the Welcome Table after church for a complimentary barista coffee and a chat – look for the big ‘Welcome’ flag in the Connect Area.
Parking & Entrance
You can park around The River building or on Ben Lomond Crescent, and you can enter the auditorium through either side of the building by heading down the driveways. Our Carpark Team will be happy to assist you. You’ll have a warm welcome at the door and one of our friendly Connector Team members will help you find a seat.
Worship & Message
Church starts right on 10am each Sunday and usually finishes around 11:30am. Our service begins with an upbeat and engaging time of contemporary worship, and a Bible-based, inspirational message from one of our church leaders or a guest ministry. After the service, a prayer ministry team is available to pray and agree with you for any needs, and you’re always welcome to join us in our Connect Area for a barista coffee and catchup.
River Kids
We have a fantastic ministry for kids running every Sunday, with a specially designed programme designed to help them grow in their faith. Your children will love creche (0-2 years), Kidets (3-4 years) and River Kids (5-10 years). You can check them in between 9:45-10am. We also have an Intermediates programme running fortnightly after worship for young people aged 11-13. Our greeters team can help guide you to the right place for your family.
More questions? Feel free to email us – we’ll be happy to help!
