Refund Policy

For all events – all registrations are final. If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible.

• Cancellations more than 7 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund, minus an administration fee.

• Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, as we commit costs based on confirmed numbers.

• If the event is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund.

This policy is in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act.
